Bylaws of the "White Traditions" Society1. GENERAL PROVISIONS 1.1 The Society "White Traditions" (in the future refereed to as: the Society) is a racially-nationalistic and esoteric-occult movement created by the representatives of Russian and other brotherly white people on the basis of their right and duty, as well as similarity of interests to realize common goals as indicated in the above bylaws, on the basis of internet-resource: "White Traditions". 1.2 The Society is voluntary, self regulated non-commercial formation proceeding in the interests and directions set forward in the said bylaws. 1.3 The Society takes an obligation in accordance with said bylaws to stand on guard of spiritual values in the sphere of national and racial rebirth and development. 1.4 The Society can be found on Internet as: "White Traditions" website; in the countries and cities where Society has its divisions. 1.5 The Society operates on the territory of Russia as well as the brotherly territories, where separate sections are in existence. 1.6 The Society carries its activities correspondingly with its bylaws, bases of personal honor and moral Aryan codex. 1.7 The Society endorses the basic emblem consisting of German runes Wunjo and Tyr which are first letters in the English name for the Society. The German rune Man, symbol of Black Sun can serve as an additional visual identification. 1.8 Society's complete Russian name: Belye Tradicii. 1.9 Complete name in English: White Traditions. 1.10 In short: OBT in Russian and in English WTS. 2. THE PURPOSES AND THE SUBJECT OF ACTIVITY 2.1 The object of Society's activity is the cooperation of the participants in realization of the following aims: 2.2 To achieve the above mentioned goals, for which purpose the Society has been created, the following type of activities will be introduces: 2.3 The Society is to be a non profit organization with the exception where the profit may serve to achieve the set by the Society goals. 3. STRUCTURE OF THE SOCIETY 3.1 The Society consists of independent divisions throughout Russia and other countries where there are representatives of Russian people and of other brotherly nations. 3.2 A Divisions of the Society may consist of one or to 3 members, known as the Cell of the Society. 3.3 The Society may contain any number of Cells in a city or a country. 3.4 The cells may enter into only one Divisions without the right of divisional duplication. The Divisions in the cities may from one only one Division in the country (applied to outside of Russia). 3.5 The immediate management of the Division is the directed by the Coordinated Council of the Society or by the elected members of the Division. The latter are acting on the basis of trust. 3.6 Representatives of the Divisions are a part of the Council of the Society. 3.7 Decisions concerning continuation or closing of any activity of the Society is made on the basis of decisions made by the Council. 4. SOCIETY COUNSIL 4.1 The Council consist of the representative of the Divisions. 4.2 The Council represents a coordinating organ of the Society. 4.3 Each division of the Society has the right to be represented in the Council of the Society. 4.4 One member of a Division is represented in the Council. Candidacy for a position of Chairman of the Council is appointed by the Coordinating Committee or may be assigned by the Division in question. 4.5 Any aspect of Society's activity is are brought to the attention of the Coordinating Council. 4.6 Questions brought up to Coordinating Council include: 4.7 The Coordinating Council of the Society performs its activities on the half closed forum of the closed internet forum of the Society. 4.8 Proposal acceptance by a majority vote is publicized for all active members on the closed internet forum of the Society. 5. SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP 5.1 Members of the Society are to be Russians and other white people, who acknowledge and implement these bylaws and other internal documents of the Society, and are over age of 18. 5.2 Applications for membership are to be send c/o electronic or normal mail of the Coordinating Council of the Society or to representative one of the Sections if it does exists. An application should include full name, age, nationality and the place of residence. 5.3 The acceptance into Society membership is carried out by voting and a candidate becomes a member of the Society from the moment of being officially accepted. 5.4 The members o the Society have a right to: 5.5 The members o the Society are obligated to: 5.6 The membership in the Society may be terminated in the case of: 5.7 The member of the Society may resign at any time by writing a letter to the Committee or by a personal message. 5.8 An expulsion is carried out by the decisions of the Coordinating Council in the following cases: |
