The planet, being a complex energy structure, has the ability to collect and to store every piece of information about any event that ever took place on it's surface. All the energy flashes, disturbances, congestions and anomalies are recorded in the Earth's memory body, which puts them away to the layers according to their frequency and power of vibration. From this point of view Europe appears to be some kind of race energy store, although even now it experiences changes at the light plane while metaphysical war is in progress. Because of rare usage primary power of race is going deeper in these "layers of memory" in state of repose. But at the moment it is appealed this movement will inverse and the power will get some egregorial connection. This energy is to be re-opened anew and blinded to an egregor of WTS Department, in order to feed in future not only comrades of one city but to be the source, maintaing the entire front of struggle. As a matter of fact this is the component of transforming environment to the proper model taking into the account the initiative seize.

City.

A city is an artificial concentration of energy on the surface of the Earth. A city's power is influenced by it's geographical position, building, history, quality of city-dwellers and current state of affairs. As a rule the spirit of the race in present-days cities is totaly weakened and corrupted. Nevertheless, there was a time when noble ones walked these lands, asserting Prav' in this world. It's necessary to feel the energy of those times, that is keeped in architecture, building plan and history. To feel and to take the responsibility to the native city for all that, happening within it's bounds, to become a direct successor of that bright epoch but in a new appearance as an WTS department.

Some buildings to the strength of their characteristics can intensify mental energy.

Thus, gothic architecture is an embodiment of a nordic man inner world, classicism shows an imperious manner of searching and finding the Order, etc. Imagine and picture your city the way you wish it would be in the future, for it is also the thing our struggle is being waged.

Spots of Powers.

The Society takes an especially keen interest in Spots of Powers as one of the tools, affecting reality. In spite of uneven development of WTS Departments it is necessary to hold works, learning local Spots of Powers, binding it to the egregor of Department and summarizing to one database. Such places, neutral or easy-to-bind are to be searched constantly to use them as ritual grounds, keeping the local and general WTS egregor at proper energy level. Since this subject is very extensive and requires to go to the details, it is to be put as the separate cycle works.

So then, try to realize the place of your Department in the world's white civilization, in the borders of native country, why they are unique in relation with adjacent localities. Though it's not quite easy, try not to divide the city and the Department, in order to mean the Department and it's activities in the particular area when talking about the city. We are to create some kind of city-egocentrism: despite there are comrades in other cities, you should realize your Department as unique and significant in the whole Society's affair.

A sound competition among cities can only be welcomed as a natural motive force of development. It's good for every Department to have it's personal outer and inner symbols, for graphic symbols are mighty mean of power self-identification.
