About metageography: "spiritual shape of landscape" and "powers of landscape".

Our attitude to the Earth isn't limited in terminology of "inanimate matter". Great number of the ancient traditions regarded the Earth as the living being, which has it's body and soul, exists according to it's rhytm and cycles of evolution, which entail birth, youth, maturity, old age and death. The Earth is like a human, though it's life is beyond human perception. The Earth is endowed with a heart, a living fire is pulsating inside it, it has it's consciense, that reveals in images of historical memories, collective archetypes and collective Spirit of the Earth, which is reforming anew every second and getting new form by means of every earthly unit - a human, an animal or a stone.

Every mineral and tiny stone, every grain of sand, every river's wave, every tree, bush, flower and blade of grass is carrying it's own unique power, which radiates outside, combines, dissassotiates again, whirles and forms the "spiritual shape of lanscape" or "power of landscape".

Thus we can come to a conclusion that every unit is alive on a certain plane, and a relative concept of "unanimated matter" colud be used to describe the landscape, where rude human invasion breaks a "spiritual shape of the landscape", causing the deformation of old shapes of power, the "spots of power", the harmony, that has formed step by step through centuries. Every alteration finds reflection in changes of so-called Spirit of the place. So, the consequences of our interference can be both positive and negative.

Just from the materialistic point of view a certain "unanimated matter" could influence a person or a group of persons much stronger, than we can suppose. And not only the peculiarities of a particular landscape are active, but the creations of human as well. It's not said in vain, that the house built of natural materials "breathes", and the concrete constructions are "dead" - they "stiffe", while they creating some kind of mirror-like effect, when fluids of energy can't circulate freely, can't come in and out, and forming the effect of a standing water, a bog, a swamp.

A human is influenced also with architecture of buildings, their size, lay-out, the landscape, the local history. In a particular locality a harmonious buildling can cause positive aesthetic and areal feelings, and on the contrary - a brutal dull consuming invasion can utterly destroy the shape, bieng formed through centuries. Here we will not talk about architectural styles' influence, but will try to analyze the influence of natural landscapes' symbols, modern concrete urbanistics and other objects, created by human.

Towns and first settlements were often founded near rivers, at the confluence of several rivers etc. It seems, that besides physiological (drinking water), merchant (rivers are exellent ways of trade) and defensive (the confluence of rivers is the perfect barrier to the enemy) needs, there were also metageographical aspects. It is quite possible, that a spot for a new settlement was looked for by priests and war chieftains, who took into account all the geographical, military and energetic peculiarities of the area. The man didn't change the landscape, or changed it slightly. The mounds were built, using the ground of the same arera, the houses and fortifications were made from nearby trees, so everything was taken from the surrounding nature. The first, wooden architecture didin't mock at nature, and even in his settlement a man felt himself if not a part of nature, then, at least, a great closeness to it. So the first settlements - the future cities - were founded.

The time passed and cities began to grow. Buildings, made of stone replaced the wooden ones.

The mentality of people changed, new links with surroundings and far lands were established. Another "truth" came, and also the strangers, speaking foreign languages, and their unknown gods. Their new sanctuaries were built on the Spots of Power, i.e. on the places, were the ancient Gods were honoured. That can be regarded as intention to transform the past powers of the landscape, neutralizing the ancient "pagan" symbols, and, at the same time, fully using the mighty power pulsations of the localty, feeding and maintaining their sanctuaries of a new beliefs.

With the growing of cities and multyplying of population the sacral powers of the localty became less and less important - small rivers and streams are chained in tubes under the ground, the Earth is bound with solid pavement, the natural landscape is dug with trenches and totally changed. The city is growing in all the directions. On the places of sub-urban dumps new blocks of buildings are built, the giant low-lying areas of the landscape are smoothed down, the past settlements are gone from memories, and the new districts of solid boxes get their ancient names.

Thus, on the territories of contemporary cities there are many positive, neutral and negative spots of power, that have different influence on human state of mind, mood, general physical and mental state. It will be quite interesting to compare the percent of suicides between urban-dwellers and those, who live in country-side. It goes without saying, that "not-living" matter of solid deforms human aura, mind and, finally, body.

Getting back to the urbanistics we can say, that the higher is the density, the less personal "living space" get the particular citizen. The auras are pressed together, and there is a possibility of mental or physical explosion. Comparative statistics of mental health in cities and country-side can tell us more about it.

Like a particular person, family, kin, nation, race or state, the city is forming an individual community, individual living cell, that has it's physical and spiritual image.

The geographical position of the city influences it's history, also city's life is influenced by city-dwellers. The temperament and state of mind of citizens are ifluenced by urban landscape and geographical position, quality of "living space" of every citizen, correlation of Nature and "unanimated" solid matter, architectural design of city's lay-out. So there is a continuous mutual interchange between the citizen, groups of citizens and the city. A quantity of small auras forms one great aura, that influences all the small auras. It is looks like some kind of mystic correlation of Microcosm and Macrocosm, and vice versa. To tell the truth, I have never been to a huge bustling metropolis of many millions of people, but I know perfectly well, what is the cosy of small towns, put harmoniosly in natural landscape, where there are no dug-down hills, asphalted enbankments, houses, built on old burial grounds, a dead water from pipes and thousand crowds of philistines around. Here even small wooden or stone churches suit perfectly into natural scenery; lonely pillars of chapels, where the cosmic symbols of the Sun and the Moon are interwoven with christian motifs, small village graveyard beneath the foliage of age-old trees, stony country roads and the feeling of Nature close around, all that creates a positive mood, that a modern man needs so much for a development of full value, growth and creation.

Hills, mounds, geographical heights are the perfect areas to feel and take in the pure, unpolluted celestial powers, the ideal places for solar rituals, for huge bonfires of puryfiing flames, for a personal meditation and great common choir of Spirit... A human, standing on the height gets incredible feeling of purification, appealing to the highest overhuman sences. The effect is growing, if the place is bound with some memorable historical events, dates, heroic deeds of ancestors. The thought and the feeling are the excellent guides through the times and ages. And the ability of the Earth Soul to store the great experience of the past facilitates the possibility to touch that inner sacral well. And the person becomes happy when the barriers between the ages are gone.

Banks of rivers, the rushing water are the great gates to your inner self. Calmly going waves create the feeling of tranquillity, deep contemplation, quiet stream of thoughts. Low-lying areas at the water springs are connected to the depths of the subconscious, deep archetypes and inner channels of power. Many esoterical traditions regarded the water as the abode of "lower" (as "unconscious") forces, some "philosophical ocean", where there are the past and the future, the fate and realization of causes and effects.

The swamps and marshes are the "dead" places of the standing water. "Swallowing down", "binding" powers. Some people say that powers of cities, situated in low-lying, boggy areas hangs over and weighs upon them. The powers gathering, as in the giant boiler, standing and slowly dying, keeping oneself to oneself. In fact, the geographical scenery creates the "scenery of powers", for the Earth, like every of us, has it's own electromagnetic fields, anomalies, spots of positive and negative powers, that affects a human and all the things around in different ways.

The graveyards are the places of death and grief. It is the other world, the world of gone souls, and that's why the graveyards are fenced in. Every cemetary keeps in memory a lot of tears and grief, the remains of people, dear to us, are buried here. However, the visiting of graveyard can cause in someone a feeling of deep inner tranquility, the feeling of unity with the near people, who had gone. Such a place suits perfectly for revaluation of the past life's values, for tracing life's new paths, and, hovewer, don't forget, that every of us will experience the moment of Conversion.

Present-day cities are often drived into the area of ancient graveyards. It is a brutal consequence of pseudoculture of consumption, when the small parcel of land means more, than the Memory. A white man is devoid of defilement of deadmen's memories. He knows - on the place of grief and tears, the creation of cosy home is out of question. If the old graves under the press of time have changed so, that we can't recognize them, let us found a park here, plant a trees here, set a memorial table, but we mustn't build here residential areas, casinos or centres of entertainment. The energy never dissapears, you know, it's the elementary law of physics. The energy transforms, but still influences the area in some way.

Forest - the fascinating feeling of freshness. Nowhere else you can be more close to Mother Nature. The lungs are filled with clean and fresh air, verdure feasts your eyes in summer. The life is boiling up around. For a person that lives in a solid ant-hill, the forest is an essential need to feel himself a Human.

Battlefields of the past, memorials and monuments of the heroes, erected by humans, creating our history. Heroic blood of those, who died in a battle sanctifies a soil. Noble feelings, mighty saint rage stays in the spirit of the locality for a long time: the clanging of swords, thunder of shots, flapping of the banners can still be heard there. Monuments to the heroes are the triumph of their brave hearts and strength of mind, immortalized visually. A reminding for us and an example for the future generations. All that, reminding us about our duty, turning us to the Memories of the People and to the appreciation of our brothers' feat of arms, is sacred. And the monument is not only the stone with words ans dates, it is a symbol, intensifying our emotions and feelings, the power and rays of holy inspiration are pulsing through it, a pride for our people, Fatherland, it's history and struggling for survival. The monuments to heroes are the sanctuaries of the new era, the places of the new cult of blood, new sanctuaries of People and Race!

The localities of the past battlefields are the places of very strong powers, of great historical and spiritual turning points. There are places where the destiny of the peoples and races was decided. There are places, where the earth was trembling once, the steel was flashing, the great armies were fighting and the spirits of the dead were struggling above them. The Earth and the skies were turning, the blood was mixing with the soil, moans of wounded were mixing with shouts of victory, the banners were falling and rising again. There are the sacred places, which remember the things, many of us can't even imagine. Stand on such a place, look at the land, that once were covered with gore and the blue sky. Once our brothers were standing here. The same land was under their feet, and the same sky above them. So, what has changed? The blood of heroes has sanctified the soil!

The warrior, that died at the pinnacle of his consciousness, splashes out tremendous streams of spiritual powers. And if there were hundreds, thousands of warriors? Their powers uniting, forming the whole fields, that covers the area of the past battles with invisible mist. Some evidences tell about the sounds of battles, that were heard many years later the actual fights. All that is storing in the Soul of the Mother Earth, she feels the great spritual turning-points, hears the cries of their dying children and sees the splashes of bright spiritual light.
